I take the point about Parish, but it's just the point that Salford saw him as a better option than an English coach that speaks volumes for me regarding the current perception of English coaches in SL.
As for Potter at the Bulls, did anyone actually expect him to make a massive difference given the rescources he has to work with there?

Potter IMO is achieving similar to McDermott at Leeds, relative to their respective resources.

I think i'd rather have Brian Noble instead of John Kear, but who ever gets the job give McDumbnut a good kick out of the door too!!!!

I like John Kear, but as a coach his level seems to be at getting good performance out of a lower-echelon team. Not for us please.
