If the sleeve is looking down under for new elements to the backroom staff I sincerely hope this isn't going to be yet another '2 birds with 1 stone' affair.
In other words,another over the hill pension stacker who will just happen to be taking on a player/coach role.
Mind,I wouldn't complain if it was Darren Lockyer!!!

I'm sure Brian Mc and GH already have people in mind for the No2 and the u20 position afterall they knew he'd need an assistant from next year anyway and the u20's position has been known to be available for a while.
Definately interesting times ahead especially with aforementioned player recruitment aswell.

The chubby little Welsh bloke with previous at Warrington, the Welsh RU and our very own Leeds Rhinos?
What a friggin' inspired choice. We could save a bundle, and kick Chris Ross at Cobbetts into touch as there would be no need for a contract....the half time Golden Gamble could be replaced with a much simpler "Will he still be here for the next match competition?".... and as every Welsh git I have ever met thinks he's Tom Jones.... that's the pre match entertainment sorted as well!
GH has badly missed a trick here.
