I realised the context of your reply but you saw something in Leeds' first two fixtures to alter your pre-season view and predict Leeds' first defeat at Belle Vue in eighteen years.

Comp or no comp, I never tip against Leeds.

I did. I think they are badly prepared for start of season and displaying complacency at the moment. That is just my opinion, but smacked so obvious in those first two games. I could see the Wakey defeat coming a mile off.

Of course that will change as we start to get further into the season.

From the sounds of it the whole aim is to be prepared in such a way as to be a bit off the pace early on. Although that wasn't what was being blamed last year (too many players recovering from internationals etc).

They've got one of those easy teams this weekend and I'm awaiting the outcome with baited breath.

I thought Leeds would win the first 4 games as I believe the Crusaders, Castleford, Wakefield and Salford are all rubbish.

I still believe that after the games so far this season and am likely to be proved correct come the end of the Super League season.
