They could follow the Man utd model - during construction of one of their stands (the big north stand I think) a couple of construction workers died and the families asked to have some sort of memorial plague...Man Utd said it wouldn't be appropriate to have a permanent memorial then proceeded to launch a pay to have your name on a brick scheme
