| That is partly the reason Toulouse will stay up. Not many teams have/or are able to send send their strongest team to the south of France. They will probably beat Salford & Hull also, which is unfortunate.

It's the curse of the leeds left wing.

It is usually because he can not trust his centres

| No its usually because he doesn't trust them, not that he can't. Wingers jamming in to "help" centres in defence is a personal bugbear. Nothing worse than watching a wing leave an empty space as they join in a tackle which is already being made. Can't stand it. What's that saying..."You only had ONE job!!!"

| Earlier posts say that Oledzki was off for a HIA. Do you know if he passed the test. As a Wigan fan I'm interested as he's a quality prop!

It really isnt, im not a huge fan of Suttcliffe, but he's solid in defence. Last night, Martin was in position, had the situation under control, good front on defender, Handley still storms in, totally unnecessary, his winger gets a walk in.
As another poster mentioned, he can trust his centre, he just chooses not to
I think he's a cracking player otherwise, but you cant gift so many easy walk ins due to bad decision making.

Quite right, he rarely gets the centre either so he is no man’s land having over run any chance of an interception. Given how most teams attack far better down their left than right, he has less coming at him but gets it wrong too often. Stick on the winger and use the touch line as an extra defender

Oh ok glad for his sake.
Should be a good game Thursday, looks like MIke Cooper is leaving Warrington with immediate effect, will sign for Wigan and could well play Thursday.

| Well that was another game under the belt for the young backs. Interesting to hear Smith talk about needing to work more on getting us to play to the same style even when senior players are out. Hopefully more than a couple back next week...

| For anybody that went, does anybody have any recommendations for things to do / places to eat and drink when in Toulouse? I'm going for the Hull game in two weeks.

Think Cooper will be a good signing and has a bit to prove some of his doubters, Powell in particular.
I think the pace you have in your backs and the injuries/suspensions we have should make it a 14 point win for your lot.
