Saints had Wheeler (Dean played centre), Wellens (Wilkin at 6, Pryce at fullback) and Soliola out for the wigan game - funny looking 1 player missing for that game too. |

Its the same way Wigan count British players as 'first team' so long as they're somewhere in the squad. See most threads on overseas players for examples.

So Phelps being the number 1 fullback until injured does not count Hanson was out that is the 2.
At that point of the year Phelps has the number 1 shirt and was first choice fullback
Hanson has the number 11 shirt and was first choice second row.
Now is that not 2 maths is not the strong point of some of you is it.  |
