Half should be liley and mags but we will probably have burrow there, sutty I would drop completely but will probably be in the back line somewhere.'"
Agree on all counts.
A long time since I felt like this, but I am fast losing interest in the team and its exploits for this season. I am begining again to moor look forward to building my next Airfix 1/72 scale model aeroplane (might have a crack at the Vulcan I have stashed away)

| Scary that either Delaney or JJB is probably going to have to play as an edge second rower rather than in the middle unit where their lack of mobility is less exposed. A left hand side of say Delaney, Ablett, McGuire and Handley hardly fills you with confidence defensively.

Given ablett appears to be playing whilst injured and Delaney is a hard man held together with tape, they may get done a bit for pace. Salford appear to be playing a pretty controlled get through the sets type of game, I think it will be hard yakka in defence

| Robert Lui is still out injured.
He makes Salford tick.
Relax everyone.
19 wins out of 19 for Leeds away to Salford during the SL-era.

Methinks thou doest tempt the law of averages.
7/5 on a Salford win.leeds are odds on.

| We looked pretty good in (small) patches last week, especially in the 2nd half and the players have now had 8 days to shake off any niggling, minor injuries picked up over Easter.
We'll be ok.

| Anyone know what type of squad you'll be sending over for the nines game (5:30KO) before the main event.

Salford Red Devils RLFC.

| Salford still without Hauraki and Vidot, plus Johnson, Caton-Brown, Lui and skipper Lee. I'm surprised Justin Carney is in the squad to after his injury at Wakefield. It's certainly not going to be a classic...

| Quote: Gotcha "I think he will put Sutcliffe to centre, as he seems to want to play him anywhere. Put the Golding on the wing, with Zak at fullback. Anyone who saw the disaster last season at Salford with Golding at fullback, and the need fore the switch that happened will understand.
And unfortunately I think he will stick with the McGuire Burrow partnership, instead of trying the much better Lilley with McGuire.'"
Golding, despite his nightmare last season, should play fullback and move Zak into the centres.
I agree though Burrow and McGuire in the halves is a definite no no.
Burrow has gone now and at best is a bench player - please Mac don't start with the old guard - look to the future it has to be Sutcliffe and McGuire for me.

Which small patches? I must have missed them and I didn't visit the toilets. We were garbage from start to finish.

I agree. I don't think there was anything we did last week, that if we did for 80 minutes would beat anyone in this league. Not sure what was been watched. We need much better than anything produced last week.

We are coming off a 20 point home defeat to a poor side who just got demolished to nil on their own patch last night.
In normal circumstances i would agree with you, but all is not right at the minute and if the players turn up with the same attitude and level of perfomance as they did over the easter period then another defeat is well on the cards.
