if that is true then i am confused about the morality of our club and the required standards of conduct expected of it's employees?



i know numerous academy players that are currently on the clubs academy or scholarship systems that are only too aware of incidents like these,in fact one of them told me about this such incident!

what message does that then send out to them in regards to how they should conduct themselves?

Presumably the club must have bought in to the mass love in for the work shy ''prop'' that eminates from this board.

It was a great try, time certain people got of Ryan's back, when he is the blue and amber he gives a 100 percent, Don't care about alleged event in bars, the important word is alleged. He is Ryan Bailey and he doe what he wants.

Internet rumours are well cool and should be taken well seriously

It points to an inconsistent approach by the club in dealing with disciplinary issues, though I'm led to believe the mood of the coach at the time was not conducive to the application of leniency.

I this is just a rare incident I wouldn't like to think things are going back to the 1980s drinking club.

It's a rumour if made up fair enough, but not when directly seen and reported.

i take it that you would also be taking this blase view if it was a member of your family that was on the receiving end?

So nobody actually knows for sure if the incident was ever reported to the club? If the club took no action and the incident was serious enough, why not go straight to the police? Or why not the papers - I'm sure they'd love nothing more than splashing a big headline about Bailey.
