I think that's being harsh on him. He did very well to get us up at the end of last season, and this year was always going to be harder still.

I'm happy with this. He may not be the greatest tactical coach but he's the best at motivating you for the games that count.

Also on that "time for a change" comment. There needs to be someone better to take over if you need a change. Personally I don't think there is anyone better that's available at the moment. Nathan Brown would be my only other wish but he's leaving the country.

I think his tactical nous is very underratted.

You can't win what he's won without being able to send your team out with nothing more than a good geeing up

I think there has to be more to it than just motivation.

You would have to be the best motivator in the world to keep a team so hungry for honours, when they have won them as consitently as this side.

Determination gets you very far, but you need to have something else when you are playing equally determined oppossition.
