Having watched it again Mcguire puts the shoulder in but Kearney is leaning forward towards it unavoidable contact and legal. |

Facts are the tackle was 100% legal. Kearney stayed down longer than Ambler did which means it was a better hit. Kearney will try and give McGuire one back next time out, Ambler will try and give Scruts one back when they next meet, thats the way it works. If you dont like the nature of the sport, where sportmen put their bodys on the line, then maybe you should find a diff sport. |

Great hit from Scrutes - who looks to have benefitted from more rugby and responsibility at Bradford but, personally, I got the feeling Ambler didn't really wan't to know after that and that was mental as much as physical.

I don't agree with people attacking the head with the shoulder at all. However if you throw your shoulder in and the attacker is falling into you that's just unfortunate IMO. Would need to see the incident from last night again before I comment on that one. |

Overall I thought Ambler did well.
The calming and steady player of the pack, in the way Kirke was a couple of years ago.
For one of the most inexperienced forwards out there he held up well.
Full credit to the lad.

If he went to Dubai it must have been as a trolley dolly with some budget airline, nothing else would explain how he manages to get back to the UK every weekend to use his BSkyB broadband. |
