Rubbish, of course we have a chance there are only 4 teams left in the comp. It wasn’t long ago people were saying we had no chance of making the play offs, we’ve won 10 out of our last 12 games, only a fool would write us off. Any of the 4 remaining sides can win it.

14 games I think. Least of all our new recruits but still more than some of our key home grown stars. You'd have thought he's going to have to do much better next year to get an extended contract. I do think he's been very good when on the field.

Seems odd to have named Newman in the squad last week and not this. Has he suffered a setback?

Oledzki and Sezer simply have to play this week to give us any chance.

Tough ask with players we have missing but we will give it our best shot. Biggest concern vs Wigan is our lack of pace with the players we have out.

He has been average at best , i do not think he will be here next year otherwise we would not have signed Olpherts (pretty ordinary as well). In a salary capped sport you can not afford 3 well paid wingers

Has this been confirmed yet? If it has I must have missed the announcement somewhere down the line.....

Unfortunately, Fusitua is becoming a disappointment.
Another one who simply can't string a run of games together.
And given we'll be paying him handsomely next year (if he's still here), could be more of a mistake than Tetevano.

Presumably you want Harry Newman to leave as well? After all, Newman has managed a whopping 7 appearances in the regular season, compared with Fustitua's 14. I doubt Fusitua is getting paid more than Newman (at least by Leeds) as well... I can't understand what Fusitua has done to upset so many people, after all, it's not his fault he got injured.

Firstly it's about next year when we will be paying a lot more. Given we are really struggling to manage our salary cap and overseas quota questioning every penny spent is essential.
And the comparison to Newman doesn't really work - in his seven games Newman's produced vastly more than Fusitu'a in his 14.

Some players settle into a club and really start performing in their second seasons. But given what else we could do with that cap space we simply have to be more certain about what we'll get out of Fusitu'a in 2023 if he's going to stay.

But it's not Fantasy RL is it? Fusitua is contracted till the end of 2023. If he wants to be here next season he will be. If he wants to be at the club in 2024 I would imagine he'll need to get on the field more often and settle for a good deal less money. Both those things could happen. I don't get the criticism of him as a player. Despite getting virtually no quality ball (unlike Handley) he constantly manages clean breaks and gives us great yardage out of back field. He's also outstanding under high balls both in attack and defence. Might just need to be patient and if it doesn't work out next season, look to move on. Rohan has potentially got a whacking great lump of salary cap available for 2024.

It's Fusitua's call not the club's I suspect. Unless we're prepared to take our turn in contributing to his salary in order to move him on, that is. Which just about might be possible if Olpherts is on a more bog standard contract I suppose. My guess is he stays.

Never said I wanted him to leave.
I said he's becoming a disappointment.
When he's played he's done OK, but no more than that.

No comparison with Newman.
Newman has proved his quality and potential at Leeds.
But of course, his injury record is also a big concern.
