Agar is out of his depth, always has been in my eyes. Blagged a CC and then everyone jumped on the wagon. Poor coach, but again the nice guy approach seems to work wonders. I’ll never slag off GH, not in a million years, but this club is way too big to be settling for this crap.

I’m not disagreeing, just trying to stimulate a discussion on it. Furner was terrible as a man manager, had no clue how to bring people together. Ironically I see that as Agar’s best attribute.

I’m not sure he’s a long term answer, just doesn’t seem to be capable of getting the best out of his squad to me, and nothing he’s done elsewhere really says otherwise.

Think we also need a bigger name coach to get better quality overseas players to come more regularly.
