iirc he was the higher rated out of him and Trueman at Cas and RU clearly saw some star quality in him so did Kev and Agar. I totally agree he’s not shown enough but the trouble is most of the time he’s played in a poor team particularly in the forwards dept who lay the platform for the halves so he hasn’t really had chance to shine. He’d have to be Joey John’s or Alfie Langer to stand out in some of the teams we’ve fielded in recent seasons when Mclelland has been playing. |

I personally think that the club may extend his deal giving him another opportunity since they paid a fee to get him back into RL. I do think Luis days at Leeds are numbered mind and that he may even leave mid year if an opportunity arises.

Not sure who rated him higher than Trueman but ive heard that said a lot. Trueman is top drawer. |

Not sure I can remember a time when so many of the first team were injured at the same time.
Disappointing there are some muscle injuries in there.
We basically need to scrap it out and try to stay out of the bottom of the table; if we can hang in there we should get troops back over the next couple of months.
We have almost 3/4 of our first choice side out...
