However, that for me doesn’t change the position, that we are in a hole and trying to use our hands to cling to things to get out, rather than just simply putting a pair of ladders or a rope down it. We are not using the right tools and getting where we should be.'"
In agreement with you, but where do you point the blame

Without a shadow of doubt, this could have been so much easier without the arrogance of one man, who took his eyes completely off the ball, Hetherington. Having done so much, so right to get us where we were, he has done so much wrong since, and simply doesn’t react quick enough.
Sinfield will get it right, but he should be doing it off his own decisions, not pampering to Hetherington, or feeling he has to control the other aspects. Have a vision, and pit it in place, no matter who it upsets. Shake it up a bit.

| Could be a lottery and knock on a thon today.
Low kicks near the line should be very difficult for both full backs, particularly if we get standing water holding the ball up

Belter.
Very prudent, would not want to see Hudds risk having any of their awards rescinded.
I'd love to know the details of the awards, I could only find one online, Taylor Wimpey award for Building with a Charisma by-pass 1996.

| Common sense prevailed at least.
Spare a thought for the people walking from Headingley to the award winning Stadium in Shudders today. Going to be gutted when they arrive to find out The National Grid has let them down badly.

| Quote: Brodie123 "here’s hoping for a Rhino win if the match goes ahead, the question I want to ask is have we really improved as a team over the last two seasons. Some on here myself included have criticised the team after the game against Hull, others rightly so have pointed out that we have only played one game. Looking at the bigger picture this is the start of the third season where candidly we have been poor in terms of team performance. What it says is as a team there is little improvement even though we all say that in terms of players the squad is better. For the first game against Hull we should have been out of the blocks much better than we was, Agar has had a full pre-season getting them ready, yet it showed we was not ready.
My opinion for what it is worth Agar was never the right man for the job and neither was Furner. Make your own mind up who’s fault it is, but the sooner we get a top quality coach into Headingley then the better for everyone concerned. If we are all talking about the squad being better on paper then the finger needs to be pointed at Agar'"
Good post. It was worrying for me how poor we were for the first game. Agar should have had us buzzing

What makes you think Sinfield will get ot right?
Up to now he's way out of his depth & spending too much time hiring yes men & his mates on the Coaching staff & squad wise its 1 decent signing then 1 bad one.
