That could be a wonder signing - he was fantastic at Penrith before falling off the face of the planet (had some personal issues I believe).

If his head is in the right space, he’ll be awesome over here. A gamble signing, but could pay off big time for Wire. I’d have had him in a heartbeat.

You could be right, but Wire have had a few NRL props come over with big reputations over the last 15 years, and the majority of them have been disappointing.

I’m guessing Widdop won’t be on either list as he’s British born and bred - even though he came through the Storm system, surely he shouldn’t count on any quota.
