I would agree with that, the only one I would question in solomona yes he had a good year but I wouldn't rate him as greatly better than what we have. The others agree

Yeah i would have him in over Briscoe probably, it's a tight call (i do rate Briscoe) but on the year he has produced it would be harsh not finding a place for him were he on our books.

I would agree with the exception of McShane to make our 19 this year and I would add Dorn who IMO is and was a far better and more intelligent attacking fullback than the much overrated Hardaker.

no doubt Cas are top dogs this neck of the woods right now, and they look on an upward trajectory. I'm glad they are competing and always enjoyed the Derby game with them.

If we sign Hardaker and he is at his best next year his defense wins matches. Best defensive Fullback i have seen for a long time in SL maybe even the best.

There's some misplaced arrogance around on here. Having said that, the perpetrator on this occasion is well known for his [i'Can Leeds go unbeaten all season'[/i threads so we shouldn't be surprised.

If you can get his head on right he will be a big asset and I agree his defence can be top notch.

I'm not sure about you winning trophies next year, you often need to lose a couple to start winning. I would expect you to be in and around them though, probably more than we will be.

As good as their attack is to watch I think they'll have to be a big improvement in terms of their defence before they could win anything. Nobody, not even us, conceded more points in the opening 23 Rounds last year and you don't win trophies with that.

For all the talk about Powell, Orr and Sheridan leading them to be a good attacking side they could do with adding someone that tightens up their defence.
