Looking at the pics online and the one I took as well, I think the LBS logo itself doesn't help matters; it is not a 'balanced' logo in the sense that the logo, 'Leeds' and 'Society' all appear on the left-hand side of the shirt whereas on the right it only says 'society' so the left-side takes up more space on the shirt, whereas the right takes only one third. It makes the shirt look a bit 'twisted' in a sense - that you are wearing it at an angle so that most of the sponsors' details are on the left of the shirt.

On the training gear the LBS logo works a lot better as the actual logo is directly above 'Leeds' and then 'Building' and 'Society' are on separate lines so the whole thing is more symmetrical. I like it actually - it is just with the colour blocks and the LBS bit, it looks a bit like if you have worn a t-shirt to bed and wake up and it is half-twisted round your body pointing a different direction than it should.

I noticed that Leeds building society had changed their logo a few weeks back and worried that it'd make the kitkitlook a bit funny.

Funny would have been welcome compared to that monstrosity. Not a fan

No-one has mentioned that the new home shirt is JP's testimonial shirt and for that reason alone I think it's worth getting one.

It looks like they've run out of ideas maybe they should have reverted to traditional for a couple of years while they came up with something.Or like has been said maybe start a run of shirts from 1895 and onward heritage shirts. Im sure they would be popular

Presumably kit designs are copyright, so ISC for example couldn't just take a kit produced by a previous manufacturer and stick their logo on it?

Sure ISC did release a champions jersey in 2008 when they took over from Patrick iirc... The dark blue and amber piping one...
