Agar and Harris are coaches at clubs that have been poor for years. McDermott has taken over a club that recently wone three titles in a row and got to Wembley last season. This has to be taken into account.

Actually Agar took over in 2008 after a poor start by Peter Sharp, but prior to that we had won the CC in 05, reached a grand final in 06 and finished 4th in 07, so when Agar came in we had actually been having a decent period of success. I'd still rather have Agar than McDermot though. |
