Wakey running with 5 props tonight, will that give them an edge keeping momentum down the middle as we bring just Thompson on... I'm of the mind that we'd go better starting Smith and having Tet up against fifita when he comes on rather than our tiring 3. All the more reason the spine and 3/4 need to up their game.

Completely agree. I don’t understand why we keep putting Tet at 13 and start with 3 props. It’s absolutely bonkers, we never get on top of the other side pack anyway. Start with Smith or O’Connor at 13 and at least have some bang to bring on from the bench

Looking at their side tonight, if we cannot beat them we really are in trouble, Leeds by 16-20 points.

God knows why Briscoe is on the bench. Doesn't deserve to be in the 17 after the last few games

Very good half assured and much more cohesion, Harry and Jack walker looking sharp. I do still wonder about our bench going forward though.

Yeah, slightly quicker play the ball, Leeming brining on runners nicely. Sezer, Austin more space, Walker looks sharper with nice running, a lovely pass and generally looking dangerous. Newman and Fusi look dangerous on that edge.

Wakey have been fairly poor but I think we haven’t given them much of a chance. Not many pens, don’t think any six agains and not many errors.
