Absolute nonsense, it is true they don’t have sky sports, there may be some beards, they are quite common in all pubs nowadays. I don’t recall seeing many skinny jeans in there, but I’ve not looked out for them, I try not to judge people by their clothing. Arcadia certainly sells the best beer in headingley.

| Hi guys, quick question. Im a rhinos fan from afar (Edinburgh) and am planning to come down for the Wakefield game on Fri 1 March. Ive only been to Headingley once, plus I went to the Cas game away last year when we got gubbed.
Am I right for me to buy 2 tickets, I have to join one of the memberships ( £15 each) I presume before I can buy tickets. I dont particularly dont want to pay an extra £30 knowing I probably wont be down again this season.
I was down a couple of years ago so just want to check how easy it is for me to get tickets as Ive already got hotel sorted.

| No you don’t have to buy memberships for tickets.
Just buy tickets for the game. You won’t benefit from anything membership wise for a one off, not worth it for you.

GH says he was proud to offer a season opener, double header for the price of one so I guess it does

| As of June there will be a Wetherspoons called the Golden Beam in Headingley where it will have an official opening date of June 8th. It is located just up the hill from the Skyrack on Headingley Lane where one part of Leeds Girls used to be. Just note that the map is old and that some places have either moved or are no longer around.

| Hi after some info if possible we’ve bought tickets for the semi final in the north stand and not been allocated seats yet but looking at worst case scenario what’s the view like in the lower levelled seats please?

All the seats have an unrestricted view, and are not any lower than you'd expect from any stadium.
If you go on the Leeds Rhinos website, and go to the home game tickets page, you'll be able to find a photo showing the view from each block of the stands. I believe the photos from the North Stand are taken from row 10 or 11, so are representative of half way up the stand. That might give you an idea.

| I’m coming up for Saturdays game on Friday & staying in Leeds city centre. Does anyone know a pub around the centre which will have the St Helens v Leigh game showing on Friday night.
TIA

O'Neills will have it on next to train station or the sublime Templars will have it on no doubt and it has arguably some of the best pints in Leeds.
