Yes my Dad a glory fan. That could well be the funniest thing I have heard all day. Being born in the 60's and following Saints through the 70's and 80's was not (if you knew anything about the game) glory times for Saints tbh.
I don't like football but I will watch it to get over my off-season boredness, so I can't post there anymore? What an utter tool.

If your father was born in St Helens then he qualifies as a St Helens RLFC fan unlike you. If he was born in St Helens and follows football but does not follow St Helens Town then I'm afraid he is a glory fan too. Like father like son.

That was my initial thought but then thought that the only relevance was identification and assisting the public in remembering if they had seen the group as I think it can be safely assumed they must have been wearing 'colours'. Also it says they left the train in Leeds but it's not clear whether it was the couple or the fans. Man Utrd were playing boro that day and the train went to Newcastle (doesn't that stop at boro?) |
