I'd agree with AG on this. Also, might a new North Stand in the nearish future be an opportunity to expand capacity if it's needed? Or filling in the corner between the Carnegie & South stands?

Weren't Leeds United playing their reserve games at Belle Vue at one point? Why would Headingley need an extra 1,000 on its capacity to host them?

A potential thousand less paying punters per week over the course of a season could make the debt repayment a bit more problematic!

And if it's all right with you, yes, I think it's reasonable for anyone seeing the original proposal and comparing it with what's on offer, to feel less than excited.
