| Quote: Ferdy "Delaney - Probably our most willing consistent player for driving in the ball but can't pass....bring him on as a PROP.
Cannot see Delaney being a front rower.'"
He actually had a stint at prop against Manly, albeit for only around 10 mins or so. He would only be a stop gap but I think he could make a better fist of it than some, whilst we have good options at prop though there's no need to play him there.
If Jay Pitts can play prop Delaney should be able to.

Don't really rate Pitts at prop either. I am sure most forwards could play prop to different degrees, doesn't mean they should. Don't think at the moment Delaney would make many yards up the middle

I beg to differ .....Bailey has his undeniable virtues but I bet Delaney could make more yards up the middle than he. As for Kirke........ Think Burrow makes more yards up the middle than he.

Without a doubt he will be a better prop than a certain (near) namesake who commands the Starship Enterprise.'"
I agree with you nantwich. He has high workrate with tackles, carries a good go forward and is big enough. Most of the yards he makes are close to the ruck and up the middle.

I think if we are seriously considering Delaney at prop the club is going in the wrong direction in my opinion

....I'm sure you will also soon see the light too with regards to moving Hall inside to accommodate Chisholm on the left wing. (Hardaker to FB or SO of course).

| Four wing spots over Easter, Smith, Hall, BJB, and Chisholm would all get one each for mine
I'd give hood and mcshane a whole game each at hooker too.
Please make sure old timers like Peacock and Leuluai get no more than one game. Let the young lads in our squad show what they have
I'd also take Hardaker out of the centres, his passing and tackling left much to be desired yesterday. A game at fullback would be interesting.

| Has anyone heard of injury to Moore? Thought I spotted him with his left leg in a cast at today's Keighley game.

| Play Griffin at GB, Webb on the Wing, Hall at Prop and Burrow at Prop with McGuire at 2nd row
Im all seriousness I hope this turns out to be a cracking game won at the end by a drop goal
