I would much rather we retained Bailey ,Moore comes with a lot of baggage plus what about giving Ambler and Amor a run out?
I don't think we need another 30yr old in the pack.'"
My thoughts exactly. Surely our recruitment policy should be aiming a bit higher?

| Wouldn't be my choice but always has a good 20mins against us, I thinks he's played better than Kylie the few times I've seen him this year.

Noticed just before the biff - a nice tackle bust and offload from TMFMISL.
Classic Bailey
Then 'down injured' when the rough started - obviously classic Bailey as well

That aint much of an endorsement though is it... I'm with Rhinoms on this one. Why the hell do we need another 30 year old prop ? Leeds..the new dad's army. Title contenders for some time we aint if this proves true.

Just keeping out of trouble, he's too important to get suspended and miss an international or something, classic Bailey.

| I think this is bollax. He's a decent enough player on the pitch but question marks over past off field behaviour / attitude would lead me to think he isn't right for Leeds. I'd be seriously P'd off if we sign more than one player in his 30's.

It wasn't really meant as any kind of endorsement, do you disagree with any of it?

| Sure, he's no world beater but reasonably happy with this depending on what other players we are bringing in.
He's more aggressive going forward than some of our current props and looked very good in the games against us this year. Also has an offload game in the tackle which is always useful when he's attracting 2/3 defenders to tackle him.
Are we sure he's not INSTEAD of Griffin as opposed to in addition to? Strong rumours this week on Giants board that Griffin thought he was being released a year early but Giants are actually wanting a fee.
Could it be that GH sees Moore as a cheaper option now than Griffin?
Like someone has said, given we have retained Kylie & Kirke and surely Bailey will get a new deal on recent performances ( cannot believe I've said that!) with the likes of Amor and Ambler to come back we'll surely have too many props if we are bringing in both Griffin & Moore??

| The way I see it is:
Cross vs Moore - Moore wins.
Burgess vs Griffin - Griffin wins.
All Leeds need is a couple of no nonsense props and a centre. It seems we have landed 2 players that will add some grunt into the pack whilst keeping JP, Kylie and others. He is not a big name but he will add that extra impact that has been lacking.
