If we look at what Ali does when he comes on the field - that would take some beating.
He was only on the pitch for around 5 mins in GF and Saints completley shat themselves. A couple of big striding drives, a lovely offload - that gave Saints the Fear and we picked it up and went over.

In terms of the best all round player I'd say sinfield.
Covers 2 positions very well, could add a couple more to that, and I'm sure tehre are a couple of others he'd do a good job in too.
As a person, as a captain and a player he's at the top

Yes because I’ve never rated slater and he played crap against Leeds last time anyways. Haynes normal position isn’t fullback but I’d have to say he’s one of the best players I’ve ever seen along side Inglis. |
