Lee I've booked to fly from Manchester to Barcelona. Fly on the Thursday and come back Monday only £67. You can get train or coach to Perpignan easy enough and Barca is a far better place than Perpignan obviously.

Girona (barca) is closer to french border and cheap flights to Girona on a few budget airlines. car hire relatively inexpensive drive to France. check out Norwegian airlines, great airline and again inexpensive.

Got the weekend booked in Barca near Nou camp any ideas on transport to game, not been before

The train takes a couple of hours but book before travelling as it can be expensive on the day or the coach takes about 3.5 hours but is a lot cheaper. Barcelona is a mega city if you have never been before.

Mmmmm, seems Barcelona is the best option. Just with the kids at school cant really go any other time than Fri to Sun.

I know someone who has booked Fri to Mon from Liverpool to Barca. It's easy enough to get there from Barca.
