| Better performance tonight taking us into a massive clash. A win from Widnes on Thursday and a loss for us and it's mathematically confirmed that were in the middle eights. We need to start get points and moving up to ninth or tenth at least to get the four home games as our away form is abysmal.
Looking like Hardaker, Briscoe, Hall, Ablett, Ward, Achurch, Golding m will definitely be out, with Burrow, Galloway, Cuthbertson maybes.
Lilley, Keinhorst, Delaney, Garbutt all were limping off the field at the end of the game but hopefully that's all it is.
Sutcliffe
Handley Watkins Moon Briscoe
McGuire Lilley
Garbutt Falloon Singleton
Ferres Keinhorst
JJB
Delaney Mullally Walters Baldwinson/Hallas/Smith.
Judging by the players we have left and picking up more injuries is potential, won't be surprised if we pull Smith and Oledzki out of England academy tour to Australia.

| Not even going to try and predict a starting lineup nowadays with us but if we can build on some of the improved effort shown tonight then the next few fixtures do present a possible chance at getting up to at least 10th spot and the 4 home games. Looks like Hudds are pretty close to being in the Middle 8's with us, wouldn't want to have to go to their ground instead of ours.

| I also think that Magsy aggravated his thigh injury last 5-10 minutes

| We should have enough to win this one , if not then i'm afraid it could be the night the fans turn on the coach as one . That would then put Gary in a tricky position .

| If they lost to Salford then the club will have to admit the top 8 is out of reach and the season has been a complete disaster.
The pressure really would be back on GH to take action - lose next week and at Wakey and GH will be looking for a rabbit big style

| Just for interest why are you all feeling that Salford is a `gimmee`?

| I'm not, not one bit a gimme. Salford are slight favourites imo.

Just for interest where have you read people saying it's a "gimme?"

I see the game as a gimmee .... just not for the home team. I fully expect to see Salford leave Headingley with their second win there of the SL Era and their first league double over Leeds for quite some considerable time.

Gotcha doesn't represent the views of "all" on here.
He didn't say Salford was a gimme either.
He was merely of the opinion that Leeds would beat Catalan, Salford, Wakefield, Hull KR and Widnes during the remaining rounds.
He's 0 out of 1 so far.

| Two defeats ago Sky's Phil Clarke had Leeds down to win 6 from 8 although in the same broadcast he had Leeds to lose to Warrington the following day so effectively 6 from the last 7 before the split. After last night he now needs Leeds to go unbeaten.

| It does seem that some can see something like a winning formula in this present Leeds team ...even during the Cas/Wigan/Warrington debacles !! In all my years of watching Leeds I simply couldn't see that and still can't.
Who exactly now are we waiting for to return from injury to vastly improve the team's fortunes?

| I can't wait to see Koukash's twitter feed if Salford beat Leeds.
They must be favourites.

| That's an interesting thing in itself. When was the last time Salford would have been firm favourites against Leeds? When David Watkins was playing?
