Without JJB, Ward, Mullally and potentially Falloon for this first game of the season. Big potential in this squad for me, but a very difficult game to start with.
Wouldn't be surprised with a loss, especially with Warringtons recruitment for the season.

Otherwise agree with your 17....Ferres and Ablett have to be the starting second rowers and Garbutt deserves a starting spot at prop |

According to what was said today at the game, he still has a chance of making it for Thursday so clearly not a bad break.
If he's fit, he starts for me. If not, Burrow starts at hooker with Lilley on the bench.
Otherwise same side as Frosties, except Galloway starts with Cuthbertson at loose and Delaney on the bench.

It's sounding like Warrington will be without Ratchford, Dodds, Laithwaite, Harrison, Bailey, B Evans, T King and maybe Russell.

Same as Frosties but obviously Watkins and moon playing right and left centre respectively instead of the other way round.

Re kicking, I can only see Hardaker being earmarked for the role as I'm guessing the coaching team will be desperate to instil some degree of consistency. I don't think Lilley will be picked often enough. Whether that works is another matter but I think it's what'll happen. |
