Wouldn't argue there. Leeds tried very hard tonight to make it look like they wanted to win when in reality, they have no intention of giving up 4th place and an away trip to Huddersfield in the play offs!

They were targeting 5th but an early exit in the CC this season rendered that target very difficult to realise and even more difficult to justify.

Just JP and Singleton imo the rest were pretty ineffective as were Sinfield ,Burrow ,Mcshane etc etc.
Bjb should be fined for his "attempt" on Lovegrove and overall given what the evening was about i think we were shocking.

Just got back from the game and we were really poor. The attack worries me, there is no fluidity in the plays and passes. In the first half our short kicking game was poor. BJB appeared to make more yards going backwards than forward, but from what I saw he appeared to just get hospital passes all night. Burrow and kev passing was very sluggish. Burrow I liked his effort in defence in the first half, but his running across the line cutting out options is getting a bit repetitive, it is a dangerous weapon, but I feel he needs to be more selective with his darts. Forwards were poor and I hope we buy a decent hooker because for me neither mcshane or burrow are the answer in that position

Oh I don`t know.
I think an away trip to Wigan is the easiest route having lost 3 times to Huddersfield already this season.
Having said that we could be playing HKR again only this time in the play offs.

Played well for the last ten minutes, which was the only point anyone bar Sutcliffe and Singleton wanted to know on attack. Hopefully that, rather than the previous 70, was a preview of our playoff effort.

Defence good. Two tries conceded, one of which would have been disallowed by the video ref and the other an individual error.

As ever, a lack of edge when camped in the opposition 20 the biggest worry.

After 60 minutes I was bored - I was like watching a really sh*t film in the hope that it gets better but it never does. It was the Grease 2 of Rugby League.
