Further to a previous email we sent on Thursday 22nd November regarding the delivery of the Champions Jersey which you have pre ordered we are again contacting you to inform you of the latest situation.

On Friday 14th December we received the first delivery of the shirts and were able to able to get the majority of orders sent on the Friday or Monday this week. We had been told the day before that this delivery would be for the adult sized shirts only and the kids shirt would follow this week. However on delivery of the shirts we discovered that the delivery was short on numbers of 2XL and 3XL and did not have any of 4XL at all that we had ordered. We immediately contacted ISC to find out if the outstanding adult shirts would be delivered with the kids shirts. ISC then informed us yesterday that due to the recent Cyclone Evan which has hit Fiji (the location of the factory which the shirts were produced and leaving from) they were not going to arrive this week as all flights had been cancelled and in addition all lines of communication were down due to the Cyclone. This also unfortunately meant that ISC were unable to get an answer as to whether the 2XL, 3XL and 4XL shirts are going to arrive with the kids when they eventually do.

Therefore the outcome of the situation now is that if you have ordered a kids champions jersey they will not be with you before the Christmas period as we have been told we will not have delivery of them by Friday 21st December. If you have ordered another size jersey with a kids jersey which isn’t 2XL, 3XL or 4XL these have already been allocated and will be dispatched for you today.

If you have ordered a 2XL, 3XL or 4XL we are hopeful that they will arrive when we get the kids shirts but as ISC have not been able to get confirmation we cannot confirm this with you. We are hoping that ISC will be able to give us confirmation either way very soon and we will inform you when they do so.

In light of this latest information and if you have ordered either a champions jersey in kids sizes, 2XL, 3XL or 4XL and would like to cancel and get a refund on your order then please let us know and we can of course do this for you. However if you are happy to wait for your order then in conjunction with ISC we would like to offer you a £10 voucher to use in the club shop – simply come down to the Leeds Rugby Store or make an order by phone and quote your order number and you will be issued with a £10 credit to be used against other Leeds Rhino merchandise.

Again please accept our most sincere apologies regarding this matter. We had hoped as stated in the previous email you received that this situation would be resolved by the end of this week, however due to the unforeseen weather conditions we regret that this will now not be the case.
