i was told ages ago the big name signing was a hooker. i must say im amazed at lunts choice as i was told anderson didn't want him back.

This could still change especially as the Giants have Robinson and Faimu as 1st choice 9's.
If he doesn't return i thank him and wish him well but i'm not too gutted because like i've posted previously IF we have Mcshane at 9 i'm happy with that.

Is he going back to Huddersfield, or is at a ploy by Fartown to get a bigger transfer fee. If he does not want to go back to Fartown, i can not see Anderson wanting a play who does not want to be there. Watch this space.

the day after the grand final a mate of mine met paul anderson at a kids game and asked him about lunt. he said he didn't want him back.

I guess that means Huddersfield didn't find a halfback (they said they were after one) so move Robinson back there, and hence need Lunt to fill that spot.

It's not the end of the world. It's a shame but not too bad. He wasn't the best hooker in the world but good enough, and seemed to fit into the team well, seem well liked and performed when it counted.

As someone else said, the issue with hudds not finding a half back they want robbo in that position and Lunt at hooker
