It was a bad tackle and there's no way he should have been swinging in with his arm like that, but I don't think there was malicious intent, and I'm hoping like hell the disciplinary panel show some leniency as we're going to need him next week! Mind you, McGuire's tackle fades into insignificance compared with the double whammy of leading with the elbow and head high tackle within the space of a minute from Fakir!

DM's tackle may not have been that bad, however he did not get a red. So 2 matches would not be out of form with the MM hit. Not sure of his record so if he can plead early he may just get 1.
