| The continued selection of Hardaker at FB, the faith shown in Ward at SO and the brave choice of Keinhorst to come on at LC all deserve praise and respect. Ringing the changes in the backs means the club continue to look healthy there.
However it then only serves to further highlight the strange reticene to ring the same changes in the forwards. We were mullered there yet again. Penalty-machine-Griffin should go the same way as Hauraki. Peacock and Kylie should retire gracefully ( or at least not be used for every god damn match ). Moore and Kirke should also be moved on.
Burrow is NOT an 80 min hooker ( he is def best off the bench at the 20 min - tiring forwards - mark ) .... And when oh when are going to use the seemingly impossible tactic of dummy runners ??

| Thought peacock had a good game to be honest. Agree regarding ward and hardaker but keinhorst on bench was brave but the wrong choice in my opinion. Easy with hindsight though

Peacock DID play well and Kylie's hit on Hodgson could have been the game changer in Leeds' favour ( although yet again we failed to capitalise with a 20 metre attacking scrum set ).
But ... Yet again .... We failed to dominate the opposing pack. Westwood is huge for them ( m.o.m. IMO ) and Monaghan reminded me how much we miss Buderus or somebody similar.

Think we do miss buderus, that said think we play better if Lunt started and burrow brought on as impact player.
For me our back 3 in the pack are a problem and the rotation of props.
Don't have any impact when JP went off. In the forwards we have issues

| Terrible decision to select keinhorst IMO.
The lack of a real gameplan and the fact that seemingly all our forwards were told to give everything in defence and rarely touched the ball in an attacking set until tackle 4 is a concern for me

| I don't mind admitting the way McD has selected the younger guys is great but for me his biggest task is the re-build of our pack for me we need more than Achurch ,i'd recall Amor and Mcshane and look for at least 1 bulldozer of a prop under 30!!

Yep ! Amor and McShane have both surely now proven their worth ??
Singleton, Smith and Hood should all now feature heavily until the end of this season... even if it does mean gambling away another potential GF victory ( I do not think it will: in fact, quite the opposite with eager competent kids out to prove themselves ).
I would also not be afraid of trialing Gotcha's idea of playing Hall in the second row on Watkins' side. We do need somebody capable of busting the line AND looking to pass outside to the shamefully under utilised, dynamic Watkins. Again he looked class ball in hand and again easily circumvented Atkins who is no fool........
Chisholm can of course complete the new threequarters look on the left outside of Keinhorst. ( if we cannot sign Atkins of course )

| Moving arguably the best winger in the world, and certainly the best in SL into the second row is one of the most ridiculous ideas I've ever heard. It's the half backs who need to create the space for Watkins. OF course a dominant pack would help with this but playing in the second row is much more about the hard grind than being able to set up your centre. Otherwise they'd be playing centre!

We all quite rightly laud Watkins going forward but his defensive positioning is shocking, hence Wire targeting him & scoring at will down that side. By no means the finished article & potentially another Chev

| It's not helped that BJB isn't exactly a fortress either, certainly our right side is where most of our opponents' tries seem to come from.
I thought Peacock & Leuluai were immense yesterday, and have been for a good few weeks now, but they are old, and we're trying to squeeze more out of them when they've less to give. With Amor coming back, and either McShane or Lunt in permanently next year, as well as Achurch, we do have some young blood.
However, the choice of Keinhorst over Moore or Clarkson, when we were facing a forward battle, was absolutely stupid. He looked like a deer in the headlights and, one step aside, was anonymous.

His handling is way better than Walker's ever was. He is also a more elusive runner I think. He probably isn't quite as strong in the tackle but the biggest problem he has is picking the right man when defending. He seems to get confused & flat footed all the time. I actually thought he looked better earlier in the year when we defended with a half back (McGuire I think) & Sinfield outside him at times so he was 4th in. It involved less decision making. Kev is struggling defensively - I thought he should have got underneath Waterhouse. Our right side defence has been a problem for about 3/4 years now - another which hasn't been rectified.

Could all be resolved if Watkins played on the left , potential to be one of the best centres in the world if Leeds played him on the left. Saying that he was badly let down by his inside men today , Leeds back row is a major problem area in defence.

The forwards in general are the problem, but particulary the back 3. And hooker. And the props. Peacock and kylie played well for me yesterday but when they go off, nothing is really offered
