| Looked a natural centre tonight. I'm not sure what his best position is but he has definitely made a name for himself tonight. Well deserved MoM
Peacock, McGuire, JJB and Delaney also awesome.

I would say he would need a little more work on his defensive side of the game, and needs to look for his runners as McGuire would have scored if he would have passed, but he did deserve the man of the match and he is looking to be a great find, and could be our missing link in the centre spot.

| Big raps to buderus who made a big difference in defence when he came back on. Pity Webb didn't read the script.
Overall the score flattered the giants

Agreed, though they were in it at 55mins and looked by far the most dangerous team.
Webb put in his usual excellent/appalling display. His forward passes are becoming the stuff of legend.

| Hardacker was always gonna be a superstar for our club!
Bjb, hardacker, Watkins and hall will destroy defences! They just need to work on their own D and that 3/4 line is SL's best

Forgot about Hauraki, looks a different player from rounds 1-10.
Put BJB's try on a plate for him.

Similar to McDermott, fans weren't prepared to give him 5 minutes to gel with the team. To echo McRaes comments on sky it's a sad side to the game, and professional sport.
Well done McDermott, and the team.

His lack of pace is now becoming a concern.A few years back Crabtree would not have got near him.
Yes he still backs up well, but under the high ball he is becoming a liability.

| Webb was proabably MoM until the 65th minute. McGuire's best game this season and Hauraki's best game for Leeds.
Hardaker great feet and excellent ball-in-hand but clearly exploitable (at the moment) in how much he knows how to play defensively as centre. I'd expect Watkins and Ablett to come back in at his expense if they're fit, but definitely one for the future, albeit probably at SO/FB.

| He's a natural stand off (our new McGuire; who is incidentally getting back to his best enough to justify his SH position) ....keep telling everybody
Hauraki is the most improved player....and is far better suited to centre than Delaney, who without a doubt needs to be back in the second row. (Did BJB get one pass from him ?)
Still don't think the team will be good enough to get past Warrington (semi or final)...unless it rains heavily of course .but so much better than the vast majority of this season.
Was actually quite impressed with McDermott's post match Sky interview tonight

| End 'o' 't' day we've been there or thereabouts. Unlucky defeat in CC final and within one game (for now) of the grand final again. Those shockers against saints, warrington and catalans seem a million miles away now. That last 10 mins really takes the gloss off though. Up until then we were looking the nuts, but we showed alot of vulnerability there.

I've said it before and I'll say it again, but it's about time McDermott started to get a bit of credit. I suspect that will be too difficult for some though.
On Hardaker, he was excellent tonight. Hits gaps and hits them at pace, not a hint of self preservation.
