After tonight's performance I will definately not be going to the Hull KR game after the England v Exiles on Friday with seven of our players probably not playing on Sunday.

Neither should be at Leeds. Mac possibly an assistant somewhere but not here

I think with Lowes, we can hope that he is training the likes of McShane and Hood, into quality hookers and alongside Buderus, its not a bad tutoring combination. I think if you put Jimmy coaching the youth, he might see more success.

I agree that Lowes should be coaching the youth, Academy, etc and give them his experience.

i think Lowes could do a job for the youth, because as you say he has the experience to show, and could make Hood and McShane into quality hookers. I think we have to face the facts nothing will be done about the head coach until the end of the season at the earliest

think you've been successful off of the back of having good go forward - the platform isnt being laid by peacock and leuleuai this year as of yet. similarly in defence you're not winning the collision consistently any more so the ptb is too quick and your old guys are being made to look old.

I think you mean its the forward pack getting smacked off the park week after week, without change in personnel, that means our halves and backs get murdered as soon as they get the ball, and with such a pish poor gameplan we have no chance against any half decent team...

You are right about our lack of go forward which has been in decline for more than a season. Our root problem has been a lack of succession planning by the board. Several former heros were rewarded with new contracts when they are clearly past their best. Another year has rolled by and the decline has continued plus an ongoing injuries to key players yet so many rush to blame the coach for everything. He may well not be right for a top 4 side but it is the directors that should carry the most blame with some of the players being next in line because of their basic errors and poor discipline.

I don't buy this "the coach can't do anything with these players" line, because we are so lacking in shape and structure. If we had these attributes and still got humped every week then you might have a point, but we don't. Yet again we fail to number up correctly in defence, we fail to put on any "moves" to challenge the opposition defence.

Once we address these fundamental problems, and actually play like a team, then the coach will have proved it's not him that's the main problem...

Lets face it with the Squad of player's at the club they should be at least competing ,they are getting hammered,and comments about the coach not in posession of the dressing room,well it doe's make me think.I remember when he said the first thing I will do is improve the discipline on the field ,well last weeks discipline against Tony Smith's Warrington was as bad as ever.The player's are that bit older but they should be doing better than this,and its going o ruin their legacy if this goes on and I hope GH has got something up his sleeve for next year
