I maintain what I have said all along, this side is not good enough anymore and the coach is clueless. I gave them the benefit of the doubt at Wigan as the squad was depleted but they were back this week and it was the same old rubbish.

It was pleasing to hear displeasure from the Leeds fans in the form of boos but the boos changed to cheers at the end when cheers were not what the team should have bene receiving after such a poor display. Boos to cheers in 20 minutes is just fickle and embarrassing.

If Leeds lose at Catalans on Monday then McClennan should do the right thing and resign. He's taken us as far as we can, in fact this year he's taken us backwards. The fact that we started to turn the corner when Buderus was sin binned says it all and don't get me started on Webb and Lauititi.

Its not the coach making the players give away stupid penalties, drop the ball on the 1st or 2nd tackle and miss tackles which they should be making.

Some blame has to be laid at the feet of the players, not just the coach.

RossRhino - The stupid penalties are happening week in week out and continue to happen. that is down to the coach.

The same problems are there each week and the coach should be dealing with it. This is his team now so its on his shoulders and he obviously isnt up to it.

In your view if it isn't the coach then you agree with me that the team isn't good enough.

I dont believe that the coach (any coach) would send a team out and tell them to give away penalties.....short of fining a player for every penalty they give away or drop every player who gives away a penalty what would you suggest?



Hall dropping the ball on his kick return, Delaney dropping the ball from the scrum etc etc, none of this is a coaches fault, not just Bluey but any coach. You can practice catching a ball all you like but when it comes to the game and you have the defensive line charging up at you thats down to the players.



How do you know whether they do or dont practice tackling? I would expect they probably do!



As i said, i think the coach can only do so much, its the players who are making basic mistakes which is putting us under pressure. I do believe it will come right though once we can have some consistancy in our team selection and now that the weather / pitches are hopefully improving.

Give it a break ken, april is hardly the month tht th SL is won or lost so no need to start slitting ur wrists already.

Also u say 'forget th comeback'? Thts crap, we showed urgency, ability and mental strength in tht last 20 whereas some teams cd hav rolled over.

Many positives to take from tht, and remember alot of those guys returnin from injuries so was never gonna be easy.

Just think you should give th criticism a rest for now.

Some were. Every club has thickos. You'll find that most weren't.

The boos were good and have been needed for some time. The crowd let themselves down at the end though by reverting to cheers. The team should still have been booed off in my opinion. I booed the TV anyway. If I want to criticise the team I will. I pay my money (or have done) so I can do what I like and you cannot tell me not to criticise. It's because people accept mediocrity that we keep being served it up.
