Just been speaking this morning with a big Featherstone fan here at one of our other companies.

Don't really know much about Fev this year, as not been looking closely enough at the results. But was asking him how Manning and Coady were getting on.

Coady apparently limited time so far. But he was not that impressed with Manning, even suggested he may not make the squad for the next game.

Was beefing over Danny Allen though, saying he's a Super League player through and through, and will get snapped up.

Perhaps any Fev fans passing would care to comment? but other than that just sharing it on the board.

just to say I go to featherstone indoor bowling club and alot of them are feath supporters. Young Manning is struggling but Coady and Danny Allen are very highly rated and they say the same that it will not be long before they are being poached, I also notice Ben Kaye as moved there as well.

Noone can "poach" Coady!

Of course they can. Get a large metal bin, add water slightly below boiling point then toss Mr Coady in, possibly using vinegar to give the poached skin a nice white colour. Wait 3-4 minutes then remove with a large spoon and serve with buttered soldiers.

I've been hearing really positive feedback (re: Allen). That was surprising as I wasn't a fan of his in game in our academy.

His development continues!!

Or the slower pace of the game at that level suits him better...

More likely the fact he is not played out of position at stand off is the real reason.

Coady was an unused sub at Hunslet last night. Danny Allan seemed to be playing in the forwards and scored a try. Kaye and Manning played the whole game. 68-0 to Fev!

Bloody hell, what use is that for our dual contract? we need him having game time. Not been in squad I could understand, been on bench and not used not understandable.

Still, must make a change for Danny Allan to see someone else suffering that.

Suprised about Manning. I was very impressed with him on his Leeds debut. Peacock even went as far as saying Mannings Leeds debut was the best debut he has seen.

Exactly.
He hasn't the pace or size (which can make up for the lack of pace) to succeed with the Rhinos.
He may well be able to do a job for another team.
