| ...would you welcome them?
Although they're a bunch of bitter whiners, I would love it. It's about time something called the Leeds Derby existed, as Leeds is one of the few major UK cities not divided by sports. Think about it, it would be epic. The River Aire would physically mark the divide between Rhinos fans in the North of the city and Hawks fans in the South. Plus it would be interesing to weed out the glory hunters from the true Rhinos fans (ie - The folk you see walking round the areas of South Leeds wearing Rhinos jackets etc).
Of course it would take at least two years but I can wait...

| Parkside or Warriors?
Both have more to offer the league than the "professional" club.

Warriors spanked my home club Heworth 56-0 in the cup last Saturday, at Heworth too.
Puts TASCs result into a bit of perspective, considering Warriors and Birstall are both in the same league.

Man U fans said that about City in the late 90s, and now the boys in blue have a high chance of finishing fourth this season, as well as beating their red rivals!

Perhaps but I doubt the RFL would and they have rather more say in the matter.
Even as a hypothetical question, Hunslet being awarded a SL licence anytime in the forseeable future is a little on the far-fetched side.

| Would love to see them in super league as Leeds has more rugby league supporters than any other city in the UK. It’d do what HULL KR did to Hull when they got promoted to super league.

| There aren't enough people with enough disposable income living south of the river to support such a club any more. Its an industrial wasteland, we sacked it decades ago and left it to the indigents.

Completely different scenario mate due to the size of the fan base, investment etc etc.

So which half trillionaire Abu Dhabi royal family member is ready to take over Hunslet?

| It won't happen. The club is on it's ar$e. They'd have gone bust had they been admitted in 1998/9 even if neither of their fans can see their rejection as anything other than Hetherington's work.
Asking whether Bramley would be welcomed is a more valid question than asking about Hunslet.
