A superb player. His tussles with Offiah 88-92 were superb, two world class players head to head.

ET was a legend, still have one of his playing shirts somewhere at home that my sister won. she liked him more than Bros

ET was one of the finest players of his or any generation "world class" in three different postions for australia, that's say's it all for me, ET is my favorite ever aussie to play for leeds he made the game look effortless an absolute pleasure to watch.

He is definately the best fullback I've seen play for Leeds (Before John Holmes gets mentioned, I started watching in 1984. By that time Holmes was an occasional Loose Forward.)

He was safe under the highball and, when fielding kicks, would attack from deep, pass to the centre who would pass to his winger then ET would appear on the wing to take the wingers pass to shoot down the touchline to score.
