Anybody know why John who sells the programmes outside the supporter's club wasn't there yesterday ?
It's a long while since he wasn't there on match day . I hope he is ok .
BTW . It was good to see Roy Dicko in there pre-match .

He worked for Samuel Grant Packaging on Dewsbury Road for many years as a driver.I always enjoyed his visits to the printers I used to work at in Armley.He's as close to a Mr Leeds Rugby League as you can get for me!!

Thats absolutely correct, I used to sell programmes at the southstand turnstyles when I was a kid and John would always stand a few yards away selling whatever RL publication he was flogging at the time - that would be circa 1970-ish - he looked exactly the same as he does now, not a extra wrinkle, I bet he even weighs the same - uncanny. |
