| Nothing taken for granted in a final, think rovers will give it their all, but all by a minor miracle there will probably be only one winner, Leeds will be massive favourites.
Think I'd rather be a rovers than Fc fan at minute, Wembley and middle 8's than serious of drubbings in top 8

Yes considering HKR's cup run was probably the reason they missed out on the Top 8 then I can see the point about rather be in their position. It will be interesting though to see how they go now in the Middle 8's with Leigh the first up next week. I'd normally would've said KR should stroll that Middle 8's but if they're a little hungover/distracted by their cup exploits against a team very hungry for promotion then it puts them on the back foot straight away and we've seen ourselves and other teams lose winnable games the weeks before and after Wembley. Probably will stay up but it'll be closer than if they weren't involved in the Cup.
As for the Final, can't take anybody lightly in a cup final. On paper it looks like our biggest underdog opponent since London in 1999 but they managed to scare us and have a halftime lead so you need to treat the game with upmost focus regardless if the opponent isn't one we'd have expected to meet in the final. With the likes of Sinfield and Peacock out there in what will be their last ever Wembley Cup final (and possibly last ever final if we don't make the GF) then I'm pretty certain they won't be any kind of underestimating the opposition and we'll be 100% focused though so I think we will do it. Do hope actually though that HKR give a good account of themselves and don't get big game nerves.

| We can't take KR for granted. 10 years ago we thought FC would be a walkover. No way will Peacock or Sinny let this slip.

| And if the semi final is any guide, the KR fans will be giving their team some massive backing. We'll need to do the same.

| First time in in a dogs age since Rovers were at Wembley - I really don't think there'll be a problem with them selling their seat allocations. While this will be our fifth visit to the capital in six years - there are some Leeds fans that may just prefer to spend this year watching the game on the box.
We may find that we're massively outnumbered come the 29th.

I doubt that very much. Success breeds positivity and brings out the crowds. We'll take loads like usual as we'll be favourites to lift the trophy.

Think we'll be fine. Think the last few visits some have been nervous/fed up/haunted by our losses there. With that out the window now and with us being heavy favourites and our style of play seeing an increase at home games then I think we'll be good.
Plus it could be the last chance we get to see Sinfield and Peacock lift a trophy.

Agreed. Our followings to OT never shrank, the opposite if anything

It's when you read sentences like your last one here that it really does strike home how much we are coming to an end of an era here. If the team wins it will bring a real lump to the throat....
The team looks to be good going forward and is in good hands (how could anybody ever have doubted GH?) .....but maybe we will never see again the likes of what we have had the pleasure of witnessing this last decade. Sinfield and Peacock (and not forgetting Kylie): real legends and both finishing at the end of the same season.

I seem to remember the 2011 CC Final when quite a few said they weren't going to go due to fear of us taking a beating from a Wigan team who were miles ahead of us performance wise during that year. Some even predicted a 30+ point loss for us that day.

Yep and we were robbed in the end, but more importantly never lost again and won the grand final

| Albert Kelly likely to miss the Final with a knee injury.
Losing Aiton is a blow for us but that really knackers their chances if he doesn't play for KR.

| For a large part of yesterday's game, Rovers were awful.
Thankfully for them, Leigh fell into a heap in terms of discipline and execution under pressure and handed them the opportunities to get back in the game.
If they rock up at Wembley and deliver that first half performance again, they'll be forty points behind by the break.
