Assault/GBH is still considered a very serious crime in this country far more serious than prejudice - perhaps the powers that be have it wrong too?

Depends on the context.....

Case A, the homophobia is gay man being verbally and physically targeted/bullied because of his sexuality, and the punching is one guy cracking another whilst both stood up facing each other having an argument.

Case B, the 'homophobia' is an RL player blowing a kiss to another straight player and maybe calling him a poof, and the punching one is cracking a guy who is on the floor unable to defend himself.

In Case A I'd say the homophobic issue is worst, in Case B I'd say the punching was the worst.

Who cares about worst action.

What is wrong is a troll who has an history of anti Semitic views, and a poster who only weeks ago wished that a referee would crash and die on his way home, are trying to tell others what is right or wrong.
