| Anyone see his reaction to sir Kevin's conversion after i think BJB's try when they're stood behind the sticks camera zooms in on his face and you can clearly see him say 'wow' at sinfields master kicking really made me laugh

If its the Ryan Hall first half one you are refering to, then I can say that being dead level with that, it was yards forward.....The ball drifted a good 2 or 3 yards in the air.
I have no problem with the result though....You were the better of 2 well matched sides and Sinfield was head and shoulders above anybody else on the pitch - He was the definite difference and without detracting from your side as a whole, I'd be interested in what you would be like without him.
I suspect it would be similar to Wigan without Tomkins....

Balls, monahan new what he was doing. Wire had a few attempts at putting sini out of the game. Westwoods knees to the ribs was another.

You know it actually doesn't matter what happens to the ball in the air. It's the direction it leaves the players hands and it didn't leave sinfields hands forward. It was the same as your try at the end of the first half.

Direction of Pass 1.
The direction of a pass is relative to the player making it and not to the actual path relative to the ground.
A player running towards his opponentsโ goal line may throw the ball towards a colleague who is behind him but because of the throwerโs own momentum the ball travels forward relative to the ground.
This is not a forward pass as the thrower has not passed the ball forward in relation to himself.
This is particularly noticeable when a running player makes a high, lobbed pass.

He had his eyes shut and his head down as he tried to block the ball and accidentally caught Sinfield, if they were really going to do Sinfield then somone like Paul Wood would have hit him high with a forearm or shoulder.

| I thought it was a sarcastic wow after the (very poor) tackle attempts from Riley and Hodgson.
P.S. well done Leeds. Great game.

Spot on. I've watched the Monaghan incident again (whilst sober). It was an attempted assassination.

To be honest, I thought the pass was slightly forward and the 'drift' took it even more forward.
Anyway, it made no difference to the outcome and didn't stop the deserved winners taking the trophy.
As for the so-called 'assisination' attempts on Sinfield?.....Come on guys, its rugby, let's not dilute it even more further than we already have done. Certain players will be targeted, mostly legally, occasionally illegally. I thought yesterday was a good, old fashioned game of rugby between two hard playing, evenly matched sides and Sinfield's performance was exceptional, even more so because he had obviously been identified by Wire as the dangerman and yet he still saw off that challenge and lead his team to a good win.
I've said in another post somewhere that, until yesterday, I was pretty unconvinced by your skipper, but after that performance I will definitely view him in a more favourable way....Great player and a great leader.

Probably as a result if trying to pull out. If he was trying to hurt him he'd gave led with the forearm or shoulder

This is right.
I'd have said it was late, clumsy and probably petulant but it wasn't a deliberate intent to injure. If it were he wouldn't have gone head first and I can't see that Warrington had any policy to try and take sinfield out.
