| Anyone suspicious as to why some clubs have called games off against the top sides?
Especially if they can't then rearrange these games?
I've spotted this article
As it stands, KR have seven games against the current bottom six during the run-in, including two meetings with winless Leigh Centurions and a home date with Wakefield.'"

| The Hull derby this week was called off by Hull, not Rovers.

| Yes I know Hull called this game off, I was just trying to point out that having games called off against the better sides could prove beneficial to their final league position, especially when they cannot be re arranged.
Quote: "The Robins have fixtures against Saints, Hull FC, Catalans and Warrington to rearrange but will do well to squeeze even one or two of those matches into a packed schedule.
As it stands, KR have seven games against the current bottom six during the run-in, including two meetings with winless Leigh Centurions and a home date with Wakefield.'"

| But they’ve got to play a certain amount of games (I believe 1icon_cool.gif before they can actually qualify for the play offs. All it takes is a couple more call offs and then they are buggered.

| Are we planning on rearranging our game with St Helens?
If teams have to play 18 games would that scupper Toulouse's chances and basically give the promotion to Fev?
Fev might have to hand the 1895 cup final to York due to a number of positive Covid tests.

Initially, the original fixture was called off by Rovers due to Covid. The re-scheduled fixture by Hull.
Not sure when they’ll re-schedule it. Probably need to wait until Australia finally confirm they are not going to play in the RLWC and the composers moved back another year.

No but they did re-arrange an away game against the table toppers.

| It's definitely happening and it is very blatant. Other clubs are doing it to manage their schedule and keep their players in ideal condition. Warrington as an example of that, could easily have played their game but chose not to.
It was good to see Michael Carter calling the clubs out for their behaviour in his rant against the disciplinary panel this week.

| Didn`t Saints withdraw a couple or so of their players along with refusing to release others for the England trial game?
Was that a blatant attempt to rest players?

Yes, Saints were decidedly uncooperative when the wider interests of the game were at stake.
Their attitude really ****ed off other clubs who released the full number of players.

No. The England (and Wigan) doctor sent Lomax and Walmsley home due to injuries. If we wanted to be uncooperative we would have pulled out Knowles as well, as he’s arguably one of our most important and didn’t have a preseason this year so would benefit most from a few weeks off to get the work in.
Or if your referring to our lack of players in the all stars team, I would counter with I’m not really sure who you think should have been getting in. Arguably Sione Mata’utia but other than that, our none England players have been in pretty poor form this year.
But you know, why let facts get in the way.

| Ironically I think we should have "played the game" a bit more in our first Cats fixture to give players a rest. I just hope the 2022 season is Covid-free and normalised, as the Rhinos romp back to their pomp.
