He seems rather ambitious in that article and probably has a good shot. This might be the end of Ryan Bailey as we know it because someone younger is coming in. After all not many people rate Bailey but rate Pitts..

Won't Bluey have left after a long, successful run next time he's at HQ?

| Well with Peacock and Kylie in the twilight of their careers I think Pitts and Bailey will be playing in the same 17 within 2 years.

| With Blueys rotation policy for next season there's plenty of room within the squad for both of them so it's not an issue imo.

| Personally, I think Amor will overtake both of them in the pecking order very quickly

That's a big call AG especially given how Bailey finished the season after coming back from injury.
Either way the club should benefit from the added competition for places.

| Give Pitt a few seasons and I reckon he will take over from Bailey. For the moment though I do reckon Pitt will be seen on the bench regular.
As for Armor, I agree. 2/3 season down the line and he will be in the starting line pretty often.

| I think the point is that give Pitt a few seasons and he'll take over from Peacock or Leuluai. Bailey will still be there.

| Typical Southstander over reaction. One decent performance in a boxing day friendly and he's already ahead of 4 time GF winner and international Bailey.
The lad puts in a poor game and the same over reactors will be shouting for him to be dropped.

| Difficult i rate Pitts a a quality youngster but Bailey doesnt become a 4 time gf winner without having quality. When Bailey is on form i think he is amazing its just that he's inconsistant. But agree with Rhinoms there is space for both with the rotation system.

Particularly given I didn't even have him in my top 3 Leeds forwards on Boxing Day to be honest. Decent performance but nothing spectacular.

All young players at Leeds will be world class - until they move on having not made the grade at which point their status will change to 'never rated him - he's rubbish'.
