| Clubs unable to complete fixtures in 2022 could be awarded a 48 0 defeat. Can't post the link but it's on the beeb sport website. May also have to compensate opponents

| Think it’s a good decision by the RFL myself. This will hinder those clubs with the most players unvaccinated for the simple reason they’ll have to isolate if they are a close contact. One positive could mean losing five/six players to them through close contact, whereas others with not many could just lose that one positive.

| Be interested to hear what level of compensation might be required. Were we to, say, lose a televised Friday game against one of the bigger draws then we'd potentially be losing an eye-watering sum. And vice versa of course.

| The last two years have been ruined. Something needs to give this year to get a proper season, so let’s see……

| Luke Thompson was holding out until the Bulldgos told him he'd be sacked if he didn't get vaxxed because he would be considered unable to fulfil his contract.
Personally I think this is a good thing. Whether you agree with the protocols or not, the league is now saying that there can't be any more excuses for causing games to be cancelled. You can choose not to get vaccinated, but there are now consequences for clubs, which will flow through to individual players. Those holding out obviously don't really care about the consequences for others (primarily health), so stuff them.

Let’s hope we’ve not got many in that category.

Good, far too many teams were using Covid as an excuse to call games off when in reality they could have fielded a weakened side.
If a club has say 10+ players positive with Covid at the same time perhaps we can make an exception and postpone a game, but even then it should be rescheduled for a later date.
It shouldn’t be the norm that clubs can choose not to play Super League games because they have a few players with Covid, just as you can’t choose not to play games when you are going through a bad spell of injuries.

Lucky enough we are sat at the top of the pile for vaccinated players.

| You'd think that the RFL wouldn't propose these measures unless they knew they'd be backed by most clubs. Wonder if any will come out against?

| We started the fixture dodging when we refused to travel to France. Set a very bad precedent as we were not punished. Think clearer guidance now is better……
