| Are people happy to continue with Agar as head coach or do we feel that a new Aussie coach is the way forward.
I think that even though he is a decent Man he has no more to offer and we should recruit someone with new ideas.

| I really like Agar, but I do hope he moves up into the DOR role and we bring in a new coach. Can't see it happening yet tho.

| Agar deserves a year coaching this side without any disruption.
I seem to remember everyone bagging Steve mcnamarra left right and centre with the same criticisms as Agar gets.

| I would love Agar to move into the DOR role.
Not because i dont rate him as our coach, he's proved me wrong and done a good job imo.
But, I think he would be excellent running the operation, which is probably the more important role.
To sum up...Im happy if he remains coach, even happier if he moves upstairs.

| As a Hull fan I was glad to see Agar go. He was so unimaginative it was unbelievable and did not seem to learn from any mistakes or issues on the pitch. I am pleased for him that he has done fairly well since but think he has gone as far as he can go with Leeds.

I would say looking at the state of your club Agar wasn’t the problem.
No offence.
Agar took over when we were literally at rock bottom, drag us out of that to a CC final win and two years in the playoffs he deserves a season with no disruptions and a better squad.

| On a side note what has Sean Long brought to the party.
I assume he was brought in to organise and improve the backs performance, but even allowing for the injuries he has not improved much if anything.
Does he have a say in choosing the backs as in playing Tom Briscoe at centre.

| The man had come in at a difficult time, he steadied the ship so to speak, done very well, but is at the limit of his coaching capabilities.
His game plan for the game last night against Saints was poor. After 6 years of trying to rebuild a team on the cheap, he is not the man to take us forward next season. He needs to be DOR,
Having a number of tickets in the Directors suite, I will not be renewing the seats next season. Simply I cannot find clients who want to come to Headingley to watch Leeds rugby. They don’t enjoy it anymore. While I will pick and choose my games, when I can’t get clients to come for a free evening with a meal and drink, it says a lot to me. Next season I will have a rest and will not renew my table of tickets..
I’ve had over 20 years of corporate entertainment, but these last few years we have lost direction and badly need new ideas

| With Agar in charge we will challenge for the playoffs again but never reach the GF.
He is at his coaching maximum now.
If Leeds are to become real contenders again we need a more creative coaching set up.
Who could fit the bill?
Haven't a scooby do!

Interesting but on the flip side many people ive spoken to (not corporate granted) have actually got a renewed energy and optimism for what’s to come, we have an outstanding group of youngsters coming through and we look in a good place, last night’s defeat doesn’t negate that
