The article on the Rhinos website is very interesting. Reaching out further into the amateur game to better prepare coaches and therefore young players, and possibly most importantly for the next season, a new strength and conditioning coach.

having Kevin in charge for the last few weeks has opened his eyes. he's certainly being ruthless which is great after the last few years

Seems he wasn’t joking when he said there would be changes behind the scenes, Sinfield was meticulous as a player and I’m sure he will be in this role.

I’m going to give GH some credit as he’s obviously putting a lot of trust in Kev and letting him get on with it.

Still think Furners coaching support looks light with chev and Lowe's but perhaps that will change once furner sees what he has and what he needs.

There's already an "equipment manager". I read it more as "man who books the team bus"

I think Davidson is lucky to survive the re-organisation at all, probably the most unfit looking conditioner I have ever seen

he gets slagged off but we've won plenty of grand finals with him as conditioner, including 12 months ago

I don't think macdermott flogging players or playing injured players helped him, however it was time for a change. possibly it got to comfortable for him and the players

Flawless halfback performance, he schooled them.

Kirke gone too. Bit of a pattern emerging with these gym owner types, Kirke,Achurch and Chris Feather owns one in Sydney too.

We played a to a solid GF game plan, everything was in our favour going in though.the Hardaker storm, Cas never experiencing such a big stage and being favourites, the weather too all played a massive part in Cas playing like poop really compared to what they produced for most of the 30 rounds of the season.

McGuire was class though and a great way to sign off for us.
