Fletcher: Course, he sees 'imself as an authority on curry, he does, on account of where he was stationed in the army.
Rudge: Where? India?

| Kallum Watkins is due a testimonial now. But they might hold off a year as we won’t have a home friendly this year by the ground developments so far.

| If we lose to Wakefield on Boxing Day will that set the scene for 2018, like it did last year?

Leeds Rhinos: Lulling them into a false sense of security, since 2011.

The Boxing Day game thread last year was great wasn't it. People trying to predict at what point McDermott would be sacked (Gone by Easter apparently) and we had no chance in 2017.

Yes and the sad thing is, is that if we do lose on boxing day those same posters will be at it again.

I remember I friendly in 2002 I think, we sent a load of kids against their first team, Rob Burrow ripping them to shreds, remember the announcer who oo oohing as rip went on a blustering run then the announcer over the tannoy saying "what you doing Sunday rob"
That's when he and McGuire really started to break through and quite a few others started to break through.
