| Now 8pm
Sky have decided to show Wire vs Widnes at 2.45pm rather than us so Bulls have moved the kick off, brilliant!
Nice as well that Bradford City are playing at home the exact same time. Just typical of the club....

| Sky have decided their former biggest derby in SL now ranks below Warrington V Widnes
The Bulls switching the kick off time makes sense. Modern day fans of SL are more likely to be dissuaded from attending a game if there's a SL game on Sky at the same time because modern day fans of SL are fans of Sky products first and foremost. Bradford City are far less of an issue in terms of affecting the potential for turnstile rattling.

City’s attendances this season have been between 12,000 & 14,000.
Quite a lot of Season Ticket holders at City attend Bulls also!
This will affect the attendance for sure.

| altering the time to clash with the football doesnt seem to make logical sense.
makes me suspect not a greatly run club.

With all due respect, the potential loss of a piddling few Bradford City supporters is nothing compared to the potential loss competing against Wigan V Saints at 12pm followed by Warrington V Widnes immediately after... both on Sky Sports.
Anyhow, I suspect Loz's grievance has bugger all to do with what's good or bad in terms of game scheduling itself and more to do with the drinking plans of the Southstand Massive being disrupted.

Living in Bradford and knowing a hell of a lot of supporters from both clubs who were looking forward to both games...I think it's a bit more than a "piddling few"

Incorrect
It's a pointless and also crazy idea clashing with an sporting event across town. No wonder the club is up the spout when they make calls like this

| Being a Bradford City ST holder this has annoyed me, and plenty of Bulls supporters I know that attend City games also. No idea why they had to schedule them at the same time.

It's annoyed a lot of people I know as well GCM!
City originally moved the K/O time to 19:45 so it didn't clash with the Rugby.

If the alleged missing thousands of Bulls fans are absent due to watching Bradford City instead, this will be reflected in the attendance which ought to be significantly less than last years attendance of 12,016.
The wisdom or idiocy of Bradford Bulls decision to switch kick off time in order to avoid clashing with two live SL games on Sky Sports shall therefore be judged on the eventual attendance.

No-one at the club would have suggested that this would be a good idea, the switching of the k/o time has nothing whatsoever to do with Bradford Bulls or its management and everything to do with Sky Sports who have basically funded professional Rugby League for a couple of decades now, kept the game from vanishing off the face of the earth in a pro format and allowed egotistical club owners to spend Sky Sports money with reckless abandon and no thought of what might happen when the tap is turned off.
No-one in the game, supporters included (who are the first to scream for big-money signings every winter), can b1tch and whine about Sky Sports wanting to call the tune when they are paying dearly for the piper.

Shouldn't you be blaming Sky for the switch instead?
Why should Bradford Bulls go out of their way to accommodate soccer fans ahead of Super League fans?
I repeat what I said earlier... Bradford Bulls stand to lose out more in terms of attendance by clashing with two live SL games on Sky Sports than they do clashing with some insignificant third division rabble soccer fixture.

Why should Bradford City go out of their way to accommodate Rugby League Fans, they did.
That's the thanks they get.

They didn't go out of their way to accommodate Rugby League fans. They went out of their way to accommodate themselves by wisely avoiding a double-deckered clash with Bradford V Leeds at Odsal which was also due to be televised 'live' on Sky Sports. Since that particular clash no longer exists due to Sky changing their minds and selecting Warrington V Widnes instead, perhaps Bradford City may wish to re-accommodate themselves and their Harry Potter scarf-wearing fans accordingly?

But then you'll be upsetting Bradford City Supporters by moving it, seen as though it's been changed for a good few months now...
P.S Leave Harry Potter out of this.
